Remedial Education

Remedial education programs are intended to bridge the gap between what the child already knows and what they should know. Fundamental skills are retaught in these programs. Reading and math are usually the focus of remedial programs for younger children. Other subjects, such as science and social studies, are included in older children's programs. They provide extra assistance to children in order to help them catch up to their peers. Any student who is struggling in school could enroll in a remedial education program.

She has experience of working in extension clinic in Spastic Society of Karnataka, Bangalore and in Delhi Public School as Special Educator. Currently working with Chrysalis High She has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD,Cerebral Palsy,MR,LD.

Currently working with Vydehi School (Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center). She is trained in the following areas like positive behavioral therapy, handwriting, working memory deficits, RDI, Hanen. Worked as a special educator for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder with teaching methodologies like ABA, PECS, VBA, and positive behavior support.
