Mild ID: Individuals with mild Intellectual disability have an IQ of about 50-70. They can learn skills and live independently with the least amount of support from others.

Depending on the severity of the condition, various therapies and interventions are used for the child. The most common among them are educational interventions, early interventions, behavioural and cognitive-behavioural interventions, family education, social intervention and pharmacological treatments, if needed.
